Call for Proposals: 2020 P4A CFP “Public Policy Research to Advance Racial Equity and Racial Justice.” Use this link for more information. Letters of intent are due November 24th. The goal is to address the effect of racism on public policy as a crucial step to eliminate racial inequity in this country. Policies4Action is seeking proposals to study bold policy pilots, re-imagined, or aspirational policies that can help do just that. Call for Papers: The Seventh Early-Career Behavioral Economics Conference (ECBE) will take place at Princeton University on the 3-4 June 2021. The conference provides a platform for early- or mid-career researchers, including graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and assistant or associate professors, to present and receive feedback on their research. The conference is sponsored by the Russell Sage Foundation and will be hosted by the Department of Economics at Princeton University. Featuring: Finding Health Statistics and Data, Oct 20 | 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM PDT. Participants in this workshop will learn about some of the issues surrounding the collection of health statistics, and will also learn about authoritative sources of health statistics and data. We will look at tools that let you create custom tables of vital statistics (birth, death, etc.), disease statistics, health behavior statistics, and more. The focus will be on U.S. statistics, but sources of non-U.S. statistics will be covered as well. REGISTER
